I'm having trouble getting product out of the pumps (for airless pumps - daily spfs, serum)Updated a year ago

With some of our products, you’ll need to ‘prime’ the pump.

Step 1: Turn bottle upside down (with cap on) and tap the bottom firmly with your palm 3- 5 times

Step 2: Remove cap and pump until product starts dispensing into your hand (might take a few pumps)

Step 3: If nothing comes out, repeat steps 1 & 2. Totally normal for it to take a couple times to get it goin’
